John Coryat is a father, husband, engineer, author and pilot who lives in Memphis, TN.  He spent the majority of his life as a successful self-employed software engineer, developing platforms for businesses and later, as a website and app developer with such products as the popular weather radar application RadarNow! and the Zip Code mapping website Zipmap.net.

John and his family enjoy using their aircraft to travel around the US. John’s wife is an airline pilot  and his lovely, talented and precocious daughter is an aspiring musician and writer.

John is developing the “Human Dog” series of books and short stories because he loves post-apocalyptic fiction, has a vivid imagination, and a desire to share his universe. The first novel, “Human Dog: Beginning“, takes Ron, his wife, and daughter on a series of survival adventures through a ruined landscape fraught with dangers and discovery.
